“I have learned so much, and learned to love the program and use it with more classes. I am able to use it with more classes than I ever imagined.” ~Maria, Resource Teacher from a Texas School District.
We are honored to collaborate with Texas educators in their professional learning as a Texas Education Agency Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provider. Our evidence-based interventions develop the underlying sensory-cognitive functions necessary for reading, language comprehension, and math. The systematic, explicit instruction aligns with the science of reading and practices endorsed by the Texas Dyslexia Handbook. Our partnerships prepare educators to respond to the literacy and language processing needs of all students by implementing inclusive programs with differentiated instruction to successfully target the needs of diverse populations.
Lindamood-Bell for Schools offers a variety of professional development, from live workshops and online courses to individualized mentoring, incorporating best practices to sustain program integrity. Our partnerships are designed to scale implementation for the specific needs of the learning community. Previous partnerships range from large, urban districts (Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, Katy ISD, Frisco ISD) and sprawling Education Service Centers to small, rural districts (Rio Hondo ISD, Raymondville ISD) and private schools offering alternative educational settings.
