“He’s Set Up for Success Now!”- Jaxson’s Story | Lindamood-Bell Learning Centers
Jaxson was diagnosed with autism and dyslexia at a young age. As he faced challenges in school, his family focused on nurturing his strengths, building his self-esteem, and encouraging his many interests, including his love of golf. By the time Jaxson reached high school, his mom realized he still wasn’t making the academic progress he needed.
She turned to Lindamood-Bell, where Jaxson completed intensive, individualized instruction. The commitment meant sacrificing time with friends and sports, but his hard work paid off. Today, Jaxson is excelling in reading and comprehension and preparing for college, a goal that once seemed out of reach. One of the most meaningful changes is something his family sees in everyday life. Jaxson has always loved golf magazines, but where he once flipped through the pages looking at pictures, he now reads and understands the articles. As his mom proudly shares, “He’s set up for success now!”
