What does it mean to be accredited?

Lindamood-Bell Academy is accredited through Cognia, the largest education improvement organization in the world.

Cognia helps our Academy set and meet improvement goals and sustain commitments for better learner outcomes, holding our school accountable for improvement and having a growth mindset for the whole organization.

Cognia bases accreditation on rigorous research-based standards and evidence-based criteria, with the process probing the whole institution—from policies to learning conditions and cultural context to determine how well the parts work together to meet the needs of every learner.
