We have pioneered programs that improve reading and comprehension. Our imagery-language instruction is based on each student’s learning needs, so we can make a difference for students of all ages and abilities, including those with a previous diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

New Video | April 15 The Imagery-Language Connection for Students with Autism

Lindamood-Bell Director of Research & Development, Paul Worthington, will examine the relationship between language comprehension deficits and Autism Spectrum Disorder. He will also discuss recent findings by the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Cognition, Brain and Autism Center on the comparative effects of Visualizing and Verbalizing on brain function and comprehension of children on the Autism Spectrum.
